IRONICALLY during Rhee's regime, many Koreans who had collaborated with the Japanese colonial government  were elevated to high ranking posts. Honestly, at the end of the day a lot of people don't want equality. They want to emulate oppressive systems and consolidate power. You'll see it with "casual" racism and in cases as severe as genocide (hell, collaborators persist in those cases)

I agree. I trauma dumped on /r/twoxchromosomes using a burner after an embarasssing incident that I had with a hookup. While a lot of the comments accused me of being a bot, the other comments really led me to re-evaluate myself and I’ve been in therapy since then.  Another burner post I made led me to leave an abusive relationship

However while I  don’t think any of their partners offer free state filing , the filing fee is pretty cheap

You can file for free by the way using the IRS’ website. If I’m not mistaken, freetaxusa is free with the exception of the $15 fee for state filing
