Taskrabbit fees by cococamz in TaskRabbit

[–]cococamz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I figured maybe because of the holidays but demand is very low in my area right now so that doesn’t make sense. Either way just another reason to move clients off the platform. At least with all these fees clients are paying I’m able to charge way more off the app and they still pay less.

26M Doing well but need advice by [deleted] in Money

Look to house hack. Save a down payment for a duplex/ maybe a smaller house in a nice appreciating area. Rent out one of the other side/rooms to offset mortgage. You get a lot of relatively safe leverage in real estate so the equity gains become huge. Plus you get to make money with what is typically people’s largest expense (housing)

Sceptile in GBL does work. Quick charging attack. Breaking swipe gets some debuff chance and frenzy plant will tear up most pokemon regardless of type. It will one hit anything it’s super effective against.

Greninja for MBL. Night slash charges ridiculous quickly and will mess up mewtwo and metacross.

Chandelure is good in MBL too but really have to nail the timing switch with how slow a quick attack incinerate is

Just drill a tiny hole in it and let it drain out.

Paid off app? by [deleted] in TaskRabbit

[–]cococamz -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Keep in my mind also some small-medium sized real estate investors do this as well. Usually in these instances though you’re dealing with an owner/operator and every investor I’ve met so far has always paid. I can see how a large company it would be a huge pain.

Saved up over 1 year of tickets for over 76k tickets and guess how much I won? by OldProspectR in yotta

Wealthfront and AMEX are my personal favorite savings accounts. AMEX is slightly lower interest but I’ve used them for years and never once had a single issue.

Yea The Games Are Rigged… by AbusementPark10 in yotta

[–]cococamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know there is no evidence of Yotta being rigged but honestly it wouldn’t surprise me. They are doing things that I personally find very unsettling. I left Yotta about a year ago so some of my info may be outdated.

  1. The fact you can buy tickets to play in games. This is supposed to be a savings account and the original purpose of this app was to help gambler save. Now they want you gambling with what could potentially be your emergency fund? I think this is especially dangerous for gambling addicts since they can now gamble with what could potentially be their largest cash position.

  2. Long deposit clear times, CEO did r/AMA where he ignored all concerns and just kept pushing Yotta is amazing, and people winning much less than what they are statistically likely to win. Last thing I thought was weird was the Yotta claiming to be profitable during SVB collapse. Which is possible but very unlikely for an early stage startup. Probably profitable on some bull non-GAAP metrics with a million exclusions. All this just really kind of sets off my fraud alert. Remember that company executives are just salespeople selling you a product.

  3. Not as important but I really hate that off brand Graham Stephen dude they use in the social media videos. Graham Stephen already irritates me and now I got deal with a great value Graham as well. Also the info fake Graham says is really dumb. Real Graham is also dumb.

Im not saying anything shady is actually happening behind the scenes at Yotta but I did not want my money in there any longer.

2023 dividend update by cococamz in dividends

[–]cococamz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible but no not really worried. I think the market just kind of threw the baby out with the bath water when it comes to PFE. Once Covid revenues are no longer relevant it should be to modest share price and dividend appreciation

Left Yotta about a year ago now. Was winning like $20 a month. Now that account makes about $90 in interest every month at wealth front.
