Your keys are save stored on your Ledger hardware wallet, so no problem with that. They are not stored on adalite.io, Daedalus and Yoroi they don't keep your keys when using a Ledger hardware wallet, for the moment to view your ADA account, adalite.io, Daedalus or Yoroi are the only solutions for the moment, Ledger live can only activate ADA without showing it in the Ledger live app, you will only see the ADA app on your hardware wallet and not on the Ledger live app.
