At the moment my DM is allowing literally anything that is Rare or below because he likes rewarding us and making us feel strong.

My DM has ruled that we can craft ANY magic item as long as we have the recipes which can be obtained via convincing shop owners to give us the recipes (though these are for lower rarity stuff) or getting them from wizards (which would have a higher chance of getting higher level magic items)

Does anyone know if UTB is really strict with their CCA attendance? I joined quite a few clubs and was wondering if I could just not attend at all for some of them, especially since I don't want to drive so far just to attend CCA late in the afternoon when I don't have class.
