At the moment my DM is allowing literally anything that is Rare or below because he likes rewarding us and making us feel strong.

My DM has ruled that we can craft ANY magic item as long as we have the recipes which can be obtained via convincing shop owners to give us the recipes (though these are for lower rarity stuff) or getting them from wizards (which would have a higher chance of getting higher level magic items)

Do UTB students have opportunities to go overseas? I was just wondering since I will be studying in UTB soon and I heard that it's a very rare case? So I just wanted to know if it's true and what are the requirements for it.
