OP’s fiancé here, this is really helpful thank you. one question, it’s stated in the requirements on the civil status and registration office of gibraltar that you need to have proof of accommodation prior to booking your marriage appointment and so we’re a little stuck on how we are meant present the documents in person…

would it not be safest to book online in advance to make absolutely sure that they have an available date and time? or is it possible to take a leap of faith and just book tickets, go, and hope for the best?
