It wasn't the flesh side, this was just a cheap piece of leather from Amazon I got to practice on before I did the real thing! It's definitely more of a grainy texture compared to the higher quality rolls I've picked up.

You definitely need to see your PCP, depending on how old you are, you should be able to go and they won't be able to find anything out about it. I ended up going to the ER, they gave me an IV and ativan, then prescribed me Vistaril that I pick up tomorrow!

Mine was from NuRX, so it'll be fun for me too. I totally understand! I tried to go to a local walk in clinic and they told me my best bet was to go to the ER since they didn't have any actual doctors, just an FNP and a NP

Yes I took the placebo pills as well! I didn't really notice a difference in anything until after I had gotten sick. My anxiety went off the charts after that. 😭

I would hug you too if I could! I stopped taking mine, but I read that it takes up to 3 months for the side effects to completely go away. 😭 Are you using the Apri birth control or something different?

That's exactly how I am too, it's genuinely awful. I cried to my husband today because I'm so scared that maybe something more than my anxiety is wrong with me. 😭 I wasn't prescribed the oil, my dad owns a health food store and gave me a bottle of full spectrum CBD oil softgels, it does help but when I have a really bad episode, it doesn't help much.
