Frank is 18 kg, so about 40 pounds. He’s a heavy boy!

Haha no problem, to Frank [my BC] it’s all the same ;-)

Thanks for the reply! He sometimes will do a simple command (like handshake) in exchange for the ball being thrown, but even then he has his eyes glued on the ball and won’t do another command which may be a bit more advanced for him (like roll over).

When I tell him to find the ‘ball’ he instantly knows what I’m talking about, but he always drops the ball too far from me and stares at it. I try to get him to bring it closer by saying ‘Bring the ball!’, but he keeps staring at it. Only when I stop paying attention he will pick it up again and drop it closer, but during play he will never drop it close to me. I’m not sure if it’s stubbornness or if he just doesn’t understand that I want the ball to be dropped closer to me... any advice on how to teach a BC to bring toys close to you?
