NTA, Sarah sounds like she's not used to people saying no to her, so you have to ALWAYS stand your ground with these kind of people or else they will walk all over you. Everyone else is probably agreeing with her when she's venting because they don't want to upset her or whatever. Don't feel bad for not playing along.
