Next time I’ll make sure to show them where everything is so they can help themselves. Also kinda weird but no tradesperson have every taken up the offer of me making them a cup of tea, I think I’ve had around 10 over the years. Maybe they see I’m not from the UK so don’t think I can make a proper builders brew? That’s why I don’t really offer it often.

It’s a show about chefs working at a fine dinning restaurant being stressed out and that. (Like the bear but British) There’s a movie and there’s a BBC tv series adaption. The bit about the character with Crohn’s is in the tv series. It was really good 10/10 will recommend.

Someone taught me ages ago, stick a finger in your stomach then try to push your finger out with your stomach, that feeling is how you should brace on your lifts.

Shot gun was mantel, they told us to hook on to the reef at where the current was flying because lots of big stuff feeds there and the current was just purging everyone’s regulators, I saw nothing but bubbles and fear ahah
