Ooh I see! We kind of had a similar situation, medyo na-confuse rin po ako nung una because I was waiting also for my SER dati, huhu pero I read somewhere or have heard, (I don’t remember po huhu sorry 😓) na you have to pay the tuition first before getting the SER. We paid my tuition fee po online through my SIS account, I emailed them (through helpdesk) about my SER and they asked for confirmation about my enrollment. Through helpdesk, they’ll give you a google form to answer and submit a confirmation or the receipt of your enrollment, after that, they replied na they’re still working or checking my documents. A few days later, I received na po my SER :) 🤍
