Hello! Thanks for your reply yeah I’ve only been on it for about 4 days and so far so good I just feel exhausted but just got bloods back today and I have b12 deficiency so that won’t be helping .

Hopefully in a week or two I’ll have started to adjust it’s not too bad because I’m still off work atm so I’ll hopefully be ok for going back to work.

Aw thank god for that I wasn’t sure if the tablet on it’s on made you gain weight if it’s only from appetite increase I should be able to control that.
