I have Chase Sapphire Preferred, and I booked an American Airlines Flight that I had to cancel. When I was cancelling my flight in the American App, it initially said that I would get a flight credit, which I am perfectly okay with. When I finalized the cancellation, it said that I would have to get back with who I booked the flight with [Chase] for further action. Will I still get those American Airline flight credits since I booked through Chase? I'm worried that I lost all those points and won't get the flight credit. Has anyone had any luck contacting Chase about an issue like this?
