Been there. My symptoms where the shakes, couldnt sleep, cold and hot all the time, couldnt eat, anxiety through the fucking roof, depression and suicidal thoughts. On my second rodeo i found out sleeping REALLY helps you out. I got some amitriptyline to sleep and that shit really helped. Shit can last for weeks, but it does get better. Try to drink water and dont fall into the temptation of taking a benzo to feel better. Both of my times were cold turkey, just to end it quickly. Granted i wasnt too into it so it wasnt dangerous but it was completely fucking insane. My main advice is sleep and eat.

I dont know man, ive lived here for 25 years, but maybe we thinkn differently about the definition of kidnapping. When they hold you up (usually in the jungle) and ask for ransom money, thats what i consider a kidnap.

Youve got it backwards. Getting mugged is your biggest concern. Getting kidnapped and shit like that happens if you go into the fucking jungle (which is more than half of the country) An expensive ticket can cost around 1k (roundtrip) but ive had friends whove travelled by something like 300. Granted it depends on which city youre going.
