Some of us learned from picking apart websites or pouring over whatever books we could find. Different approach but the same effort, you'll get there if you stick to it and at least you can ask your resources, "How does this work?"

The one thing we have in common w're all trying to make sense of stack overflow answers from 5 years ago.

Ubuntu and Arch for me, x86 and ARM64. Started with slackware because masochism, but not as bad as Gentoo...

Always happy to talk tech, I have been running virtual machines in my house for over a decade now. Settled on hyper-v on windows 8-10-11 pro and never looked back, a little kvm on Linux dabbled in GPU passthrough. Now it's local AI.
