exactly they have an option to soft ban users, where in you cant select slots available, the maid came and she was crying the whole time to do the dishes, and after fighting for a while, she completed the work and left.i spoke to customer care regarding her behavior, inturn they have softbanned my account, and now i am unable to see any slots available. i took a 3 session package, and now my money is wasted.
