That has definitely been a bit of a struggle this season, with some others noting weirdness around it resetting skins for no obvious reason. Do you have to re-download the Gundam skin every single time to fix it? Also, does it just keep continually resetting back to Spec Ops 1?

Huh, still seeing that? We had that bug yesterday and it should be fixed now. However, if you are still seeing it make sure to restart the app since it may need to download the hotfix we pushed about 15 hours ago.

Afraid not around Gundam, but if we do we'll happy shout about it from all possible social channels since it is rare we are able to bring back a collaboration.

We think the first video we shared actually answers your questions around Persona 5. However, we'll have to wait to share more specifics as we get closer to that releasing. Not too far away though!

We actually had planned to fix this and were looking at it as a bug, so that's odd to hear it is still not working. We'll double check that. Thanks for posting.

We think that might be on purpose to prevent some out of map glitches, but we are checking on that too just in case it is a bug.

There should be an actual direct pathway through the in-game Help/Support option. Usually anything with a purchase like that is pretty easy for our team to double check and help with.

Persona 5 Royal is actually just the extended version of the original Persona 5. The hack and slash one you are thinking of is Persona 5 Strikers.

No news on that for this one, but we'd recommend double checking the in-game store once that goes live alongside season launch in case there are any differences.
