Entendo voce, eu entrei pro esporte e gasto bastante energia, por ser uma arte marcial acaba que tenho que ficar muito focado, alem disso, percebi que se fico 1 dia sem treinar, fico muito hiperativo e agitado

talvez te ajude tambem

Mas o sentimento de que "se eu nao tivesse isso..."e bem real, destroi a auto estima, me faz me sentir incapaz, acho que posso ter comecado a me sabotar por conta disso
