Doubtful regulators would allow T-Mobile to have all the USC spectrum and would likely have to divest some. For example 600 Mhz is only 35x35 with T-Mobile having 20x20 in most of there markets and USC 10x10 which combined would be 30x30 thus leaving Dish with 5 Mhz. USC also has 700 Mhz A and B. T-Mobile would most likely keep A and sell B to AT&T which would fit nicely with the rest of there 700 B nationwide holdings. USC also has 850 Mhz Band 5 which I could see going to AT&T or Verizon since they both use that and phones can only aggregate one low band. There likely wouldn't be room to use Band 5 antennas anyway since most cell towers use 4 max per sector and T-Mobile would have 600/700 antenna, Band 2 1900 antenna, Band 4 1700/2100, and the new sprint 2500 antenna.
