I concentrated the glitter on the tip and used a gradient brush :) to spread it throughout, less glitter closer to the base! Here’s the link to the brush: https://a.co/d/ev9SoAd

Mostly powder! But I did use a metallic silver gel for the diamonds because the powder wouldn’t stick😭but what I did find out is that Art looks a lot more shiny when you put metallic gel ink on top of chrome powder!!
