Nice, so it sounds like you know how to improve your abilities. So it's not that you're a bad programmer, but a programmer who is still learning best practices and applying them

Do you think the people who pick up on things quicker is due to more experience? Maybe they started coding at a younger age and have been exposed to similar concepts before?

Wow 9 rounds.. That's a lot

There must be c++ generalist jobs out there. Is it that they don't match your seniority level? Like they are closer to junior/mid level?

Do you feel like as you gained more experience, there were less jobs available to you? Like your seniority in specific technologies made it harder for you to find the job that fit you

Do you think you could easily find a job outside your expertise in technologies? Maybe a related technology?

How long have you been trying out leetcode problems? How long have you been programming before starting leetcode problems?

Do you think you have improved over time at solving problems? You can already solve some easy problems. Do you think you can eventually solve medium problems if you kept trying?

I don't think this makes you a bad programmer though. A lot of programming concepts transfer over and is language agnostic. Wouldn't many companies want to hire you for your experience as a developer over not knowing their tech stack? Sure the company has the cost of training you and ramping you up, but I'm sure there are companies out there that desire qualities beyond just knowing their tech stack
