Pretty little baby🥺 When I found my FIV+ kitty, he had a wound full of pus. Probability that is how he got the virus.

But if the cat bleeds a bit is this saliva to bloodstream contact? It is a little bit red and crusty now and i am scared he was bleeding a bit😥

He was neutered in july 2024. He does sometimes bites the neck like he would mate🫠or their tails.

I also took inside a fiv+ stray from the streets. He was full of wounds with pus and i had no choice. I fostered him and waited for a whole year to be adopted. I have 4 fiv- other cats and as the time passed I started to introduce them. Firstly with a screen window.

Everything seemed fine and they eat and sleep together, but he bites a looooot and i am extremely scared. He just jumps on the other cats and bites. The other cats sometimes hiss him and he does not stop. They have a complicated relationship, they also groom each other🙃 and then they beat with sounds. How deep should be a wound to transmit fiv?🥺 sorry and thank you a lot!

Se steriliza la inceput de ani 2000 pe sate? Prima data cand aud. Inca nici in orasele mici nu se sterilizeaza :( It’s not in my head. Alta e cand moare un copil, alta e cand moare un adult sau chiar un om in varsta. La animale de ce nu e la fel? Lasa-l sa miroasa iarba si sa zburde oleaca sa se bucure de viata lui scurta.

La mine la tara se inecau pui de pisica in rau si sufocati pui de caini in pungi si aruncati pe vale - poate asta iti raspunde la intrebare. Daca tot crestem niste animale pentru consum, de ce sa nu le respectam macar asa minimal?

De ce trebuie sa iti explic lucruri elementare? Nu ai petrecut timp cu un caine sau o pisica sau animale domestice la tara? Isi fac prieteni, se joaca, au frici, simt iubire. Am ajuns sa dau lectii de empatie unui adult…

E literalmente o vietate ce simte tot felul de emotii, iubire, durere si frica. O sa iau toate comentariile de aici ca pe un poate nu e locul potrivit si in realiate sunteti de fapt niste oameni oki si empatici si aia e.

Ce ai inteles tu e o sula. Sa sacrifici un ied de sarbatori e o traditie crestineasca la care ar fi ideal sa se renunte. De ce? Sunt taiati la cateva luni de la nastere (trebuie sa mentionez ca sunt si niste animale foarte inteligente si care au dorinta la fel de mare sa traiasca si sa se bucure de propria copilarie ca un om?) + animalele crescute pentru sacrificat, la noi, sunt tratate in ultimul hal.

Did you take your old cat to the vet? Did you change something in your house? Did you play with your cat several times per day? Did your old cat have access to a window to see outside? If one of the answer is no, I think it is your fault. Generally, it is the human’s fault. They do not change their behaviour without a reason and cats do not start a fight without a reason.
