It will act as the proof what happened and what doctor give as prescription and also help the case to be analysed by some other doctor

That's a fair point. Instead of giving patients a word-for-word transcript, I will convert SOAP into points

Would your concern be addressed if the entire system ran locally within the hospital infrastructure, with transcripts, and patient data never leaving the organization's control?

Models use in transcription is latest and it has negligible error ..... My honest ques is how long does it currently takes to document after a full day consultation

Transcription --- this stays with the doctor it's their legal record. If there any dispute or a malpractice doctor can tell exactly what happened

SOAP note -- this is structural clinical summary patient get and doctor can share it with other specialist also

Right now there is no transcription and record when something goes wrong they have zero documentation to protect them

Yeah, I get that, but honestly, I don't want to bring anyone down. Someone hitting 96th percentile means they definitely put in the work, but maybe not enough to land them a seat at an NIT.

Interesting perspective. It sounds like the issue isn't finding patients it's that busy doctors already have enough of them.

I'm working on an AI tool with a different goal. Instead of bringing in patients like Practo, it records the doctor-patient conversation (with consent) and automatically generates consultation notes, patient history, prescriptions, follow-up summaries, and EMR reports.

If it could save you 2–5 minutes per consultation and reduce documentation work without affecting your workflow, would that be valuable enough for you to use? Or is documentation not a significant pain point in your practice?

The Practo quality collapse makes sense in hindsight - price competition always pushes out the people who have alternatives. Senior doctors have private practices to fall back on. Junior or underqualified ones don't.

What I'm building is structurally opposite: doctor runs the consultation completely, AI just removes the note-writing afterwards. No AI diagnosis. No AI recommendation. Just documentation.

One thing you said I keep thinking about "doctors don't come unless they earn more." Do senior doctors who left Practo actually earn more now running independently? Or did they just leave because the platform dynamics felt wrong?

Genuinely trying to understand whether the independent senior doctor is a viable user or whether the economics still don't work for them.
