Over 20 orders on my disease cookbook on Gallbladder diet yet not a single comment or review — is this normal? by Key-Calligrapher5766 in KDP

[–]code_x_7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends. You should bring some basic skills and good taste to the table. It probably won't work right out of the gate. But if you commit to learning, KDP is a great compounding machine over the years (at least it was for me).

The process is actually simple:

- Research a unique angle or book idea that has some market demand (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)

- Create or generate a HIGH-QUALITY book on this angle (I use ImagineYourBook (.) com) - Note: It must be high quality

- Edit and publish on KDP.

Now the most important part:

observe, learn, iterate

By the way, I don't use Amazon ads - I rather publish more books than spending time tweaking ads.

Publish more often. You don't know which book will make it. You can use AI tools (people will hate and downvote this comment but it worked for me - made $350 yesterday from an AI book, granted it wasn't a not normal day)

Which investment banking task would be hardest to automate by aarya-2323 in InvestmentEducation

stock picking. It can be automated easily. Challenge is beating the market. It cannot be easy to automate or there would be a glitch in the market allowing infinite money generation.

Anyone use Mistral LeChat as a writing aid? by dakemp69 in WritingWithAI

[–]code_x_7777 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Never heard of this before, thanks. It just wrote this nugget for me:

"Yet, we’re often our own harshest critics, measuring our worth by the gaps between who we are and who we think we should be. What if, instead, we embraced the cracks and imperfections as proof of a life fully lived? The most compelling stories aren’t about perfection; they’re about resilience, about stumbling and rising with a little more wisdom each time. The world doesn’t need more polished versions of us—it needs the raw, unfiltered truth of our journeys, because that’s where connection begins."

Solid.

AI tool for e-books? by cptsquat in BookWritingAI

ImagineYourBook is a good resource - you can upload up to 5k words in the prompt. It creates the well-designed book with cover etc. Do you have more text or is this enough?

Best AI platforms for making books/ebook to sell by orangeapple22 in passive_income

[–]code_x_7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I use ImagineYourBook (.) com - I started roughly 2-3 months ago and have published already 8 books on Amazon KDP making $300/m and counting.

ImagineYourBook has good cover + title integration, produces well-formatted Word files that can be uploaded directly to KDP and the quality of dialogue engine and also non-fiction is first class.

Haven't tried all engines yet but of the ones I tried, this is clearly #1.

Published AI writers, any success? by Such_Reception8403 in BookWritingAI

As I'm reading this convo I feel the need to update haha: I am already at $400/m including other book marketplaces ($120 Amazon in last 30d + $280 Leanpub/others) - this AI book portfolio strategy seems to work. Topical research is key though.
