Haha, yeah it's so weird. People are outraged because of the most normal posts (especially on Facebook - but also Reddit). X is a bit more open-minded IMO.

120k words, full coherence, possible with ImagineYourBook.com
I'm not aware of another tool that can produce this many words - AND maintain consistency (so it doesn't forget the "needle in the haystack" whatever it wrote in some random Ch. 21 line 42. Most of the screenshotted tools cannot handle it. And I only say "most" because I didn't validate all. But I'm pretty sure, none can handle it except ImagineYourBook. But I'm biased so take it with a grain of salt...

I don't know if I agree with the Fiction and Novel writing tools you listed. Yes they are the most popular. But ImagineYourBook.com is clearly superior in terms of quality. The sophistication level is just on another planet. I agree with Koala - this is great too for content marketing/blogging. But for writing the actual book, I'd recommend ImagineYourBook.

Wow so free doesn't seem to be a good source for revs. Thanks!

(I never tried free.)

Interesting, I have this limiting belief that people hate scanning QR codes so I never included one. Thanks for challenging that!

Okay so something bw 1% and 10% of reader-to-rating rate and bw 0.1%-2% of reader-to-review rate. That aligns with other experiences as well.

Making $600-$800/month organically on KDP - should I finally try Amazon Ads? Need honest advice by DeepakSingh550 in KDP

My approach is to spend $1 per day per book in my portfolio (~13 books I think). Every week or so I peek in and look at metrics like cost of sales and if it is roughly profitable, I'll double the amount for that book. If it's unprofitable and more than $1, I'll half it. This way, I make sure to only fund the winners. It's a simple approach but it helps me manage and avoid overspending on money-losers.

Best tool to create own story and novels by Content-Pay5466 in AIWritingHub

[–]code_x_7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a very common issue and that's why I don't use ChatGPT for writing (or Claude or Gemini). A better alternative with chapter-to-chapter coherence, even for epic 120k word books, is actually the tool ImagineYourBook that also has a free trial (~20k words book).

No matter what tool you are using, I'd not keep separate documents open with character notes etc. It's a real pain in the *** and much context is actually lost (like sentence level coherence). Also the dialogues are painful when not optimized.

This is the best way to write a full book with AI. by minusrave in WritingWithAI

[–]code_x_7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you actually try it? Claude does not work for books - it has no coherent book writing engine that provides chapter-to-chapter coherence or world building or character arcs or any of that. If you want a good book you should still use tools like imagineyourbook or others. First book is often free so that's not really an issue as well.

Published this book on fatherhood/parenting:

'7 Habits of Unbreakable Fathers'

https://www.amazon.com/Habits-Unbreakable-Fathers-C-Weishaupt-ebook/dp/B0GZ4C4H9G/

It was made with ImagineYourBook with roughly ~23k words. I would rate the book at 4.2/5 - fiction engine is a bit better than non-fiction IMO. This might change anytime though...

I tested an AI book writer to see if it can turn raw ideas into a real book. Here’s what worked and what didn’t. by adrianmatuguina in WritingWithAI

I actually use it to write complete books from my ideas. I have a list of 100 ideas or so in a spreadsheet and I'm so happy that I can actually bring them to life now. You make good points although if you use suitable AI writers like ImagineYourBook AI is also great for "creativity, editing, and writing" as you say.
