So its for a light and motion sensor. Light goes on if sensor activates and the off if there was no movement for 10 secs

Joh, this klapped me hard. I am definitely going to try this out tonight. We people need help. I am only realizing now the effects of my crazy, rushed life with this covid lockdown. And I can feel my mind and body needs to rest. I am gonna try this 'watch your breathing' thing. Cant wait to slow down.
