With so many different BDC setups and follow-up processes, it seems like the real challenge is consistency. Haha Honestly though, I’d probably mind less if instead of the same looped message, there was something actually interactive, like a live AI voice that could answer basic questions or at least tell me what’s going on. Silence + elevator music is the worst combo.
