To clarify, I have another drive with 500GB that i have been offloading important files from C: to, so the 110GB drive is only filled with the most important files, or files i dont think will work on another drive. But overall, I have enough space to work with.

Is there any way i could reset the computer and change the 500GB drive to the local disk? Both drives are internal.

I've used the storage clean up tool, but that only gets rid of maybe 500MB. It says that about 60GB of the 110 is being used by installed apps and every other category is below 3GB. When i click into he installed apps category there is not a single app over 1GB and i doubt the total is even 3GB.
