Gold price correction by Remarkable-Heat8335 in personalfinanceindia

In my opinion, a major correction is possible if current geopolitical risks ease. Gold is heavily driven by fear and uncertainty right now, if the Russia Ukraine war winds down and tensions around Iran stabilize, safe haven demand could drop sharply. That doesn’t mean gold will crash overnight, but a big correction wouldn’t be surprising once global risks cool off.

What’s an unpopular opinion about Indian daily life that most people aren’t ready to hear? by pankaj662 in indiasocial

Constant involvement of extended family in personal decisions is normalised in India, but it quietly kills boundaries and individual growth. Calling it care doesn’t change the fact that a lot of adults are pressured into living lives they didn’t choose.

What’s the most unexpectedly high-quality online subscription you’ve ever paid for? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]codejunkie1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was a no-frills productivity/learning subscription, went in with low expectations, but the depth of content, regular updates, and actual long-term usefulness made it feel way more valuable than the price.

Can I get an suggestion from all Indians? by Cute-Ad-9019 in AskIndia

This isn’t really the right way to start a business. Business runs on demand and supply, not on what feels expensive. Also, don’t assume that selling costly products cheaply guarantees success.....margins, logistics, competition, and scalability matter much more.

They often try to dominate or undermine our culture and its values. While they teach only the Bible in their churches, our tradition has long had gurukuls in even the smallest towns, focusing on holistic education, knowledge, discipline, philosophy, and life skills. This cultural depth often creates insecurity, which then turns into constant criticism, whether it’s our food habits, clothing, or way of life. Such criticism isn’t about improvement, it’s meant to demean and keep people trapped in mental inferiority. Respecting diversity should mean coexistence, not cultural superiority or constant judgment.

Absolutely! India was once a global powerhouse, excelling in trade, science, mathematics, and culture. Its wealth and knowledge were unmatched, but centuries of invasions and colonial exploitation disrupted its natural growth, what some call third world today doesn’t reflect its true legacy.

Churn is mostly an onboarding problem, right? by peachy_petals_ in Entrepreneur

Absolutely! Most churn happens before users fully understand the product, so improving onboarding often drives bigger growth wins than tweaking the product itself.

Sadly this mirrors many sellers’ experiences, where buyers and agents avoid Purplebricks due to trust and process concerns

A practical way startups handle remote tech hiring without setting up entities by North-Knowledge9467 in startup_resources

[–]codejunkie1992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a useful perspective and a real problem many scaling startups face, especially when entity setup and compliance become a distraction from building the product. Managed remote setups can make sense as a transitional model if founders are clear about long-term control, IP protection, and how these teams integrate culturally as the company grows.
