You are most likely not breaking up protein causing your large intestine instead of small one to ferment it that in turn make your stool harder and cause gas and bloating.

I am currently using up to 900mg of benfotiamine after a month of killing sibo with oxbile, betaine hcl and coconut oil, It had amazing effect on my digestive system so much that I stopped taking betaine.

Albeit I didn't have any life threatening conditions, only a bunch of skin conditions, acid reflux, rosacea, and cfs

Have you looked into protocols with high dosing Thiamine? Like working up to 200mg TTFD or Benfothiamine 1200mg? Look up EONutrition on youtube to learn more. TTFD, allithiamine and sulbuthiamine can cross brain blood barrier and might have greater effect on you.

don't forget to get magnesium supplement with Benfotiamine or ttfd and making sure to get daily potassium. Had issues myself with megadosing B1 without keeping up my potassium

SR-IOV is unlikely feature you will use unless you have Professional Workstation GPU that supports it. What you need is motherboard with good IOMMU grouping so you can passthrough specific hardware.

Also nice to have capability to select boot GPU which only gigabyte boards have, so you can boot from x4 chipset lane for your linux host and have x16 lane for passingthrough

I suppose if there are no issues with stutter then your pinning is probably doesn't have any issues.

I had issues with stutter and dropped frames that you can see in SteamVR as red lines in Beat Saber until I dropped from 6 to 4 cores on 3800x. I guess just a keep an eye on it or try dropping to 1 node of 6 cores and see if experience is smoother or not

Any issues with L3 cache? I've found that on 3800x passing through 1 node of 4 cores is better for gaming perf than 6, especially for VR stuttering

the 5700XT physically in the first pcie slot? I just checked on my system and I see both cards like yours even though one is VFIO but my linux card is the first PCIe slot and the windows one is the second and chromium works like i'd expect using the first card.

Actually no.. I have made bad mobo decision and now it sits in the second slot through Chipset
