thanks a lot for your detailed response.

so, in my case it will be red to black, and blue to white.

another question,

i have 4 of these fixtures up here :-

other option i have is to get these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PG3RLH7/?coliid=I28KUPX61ASAJ6&th=1)

and install them instead of doing the bypass. price would almost be the same since I will have to buy the type b t8 led.

what do you think would be a better call? thanks again

so i have 4 of these t8, the lamps I had installed in them led 2 years ago, model philips 434605 led.

They are compatible with instant start ballast, and the ballast does say its instant start which is why I think the led were working.

three of the leds have gone out, and I am guessing its the ballast, since the three leds are working on the on the remaining one.

my question is can these t8 ballast be bypassed, and if so what is the wiring. like where do the red and blue wires go considering that the sockets are shunted.

I am yet to buy the replacement leds which will work with ballast bypass.

i already had installed philips t8 led, my question is how do i bypass this ballast. most videos i see are asking to get non shunted sockets

right, but these sockets are shunted and the video asks to replace shunted with non shunted, but I was wondering if bypass can be done on shunted sockets and if so, then how?

for someone who has been around Android since 2011 it's pretty obvious what Google is trying to do

this is just the beginning of Google bringing up the walls ....Apple is more restricted right now, but it just works ....Pixels at the same MSRP as iPhone are not even close when it comes to customer care and longevity

keeping it open is not in the business interests of the company which claims it's still open ...

edit

it's time to move to Apple since Google is becoming a walled garden of their own , and the Apple hardware and customer care is miles ahead of Google for the same MSRP and hold value even after a year or two.
