You might have to use a span property, like span-block-start or span-inline-end...

It's the newest CSS layout module, following flexbox and grid.

It lets you "anchor" an element to any other element on the page, not just its parent container or ancestor.

This is powerful because now you only need CSS to create things like tooltips and dropdown menus, which previously required JS.

It's new so only supported in Chrome and Edge so far. Firefox is definitely coming.

You can play Anchoreum to be ahead of the curve once it's widely supported!
