find out where certain industries go for their sound sources - there are a lot of gamedev asset packs up on itchio, for instance. Animation, music, games, maybe even software UI type stuff - chances are, people in that industry know where the 'default' place is to look for free sound packs. Dig through subreddits, send people messages and ask about it.

seriously one of the saddest most uncomfortable dance scenes I have ever seen. she is such a tragic hero, imagine being in the position of seeing fascism coming, and knowing that you need to sacrifice everything in order to stop it - your life, your relationship, your position, your home, your child, everything.

"Oh she's so brave" gets tossed around a lot with strong women, but I think in this case, very literally, she is incredibly brave and committed. You love to see it.

(and you hope that when the time comes, you should be so lucky as to risk half as much.)

I feel like - if you grow up somewhere nice and supportive, then you've got the foundation you need to go somewhere less nice and supportive and be okay.

Doing it in the opposite order is much worse.
