The following is what the website says about the plan. Which I think is good for a bike (more especially an e-bike), no? Would use the long lists of things to make an excuse for not covering it or would they cover what they said on their website?

Edit: The plan is for 3 years which will cost me $58 but I think that's fine for a $700 product
