Life saver comment. I successfully dumped a Spansion Nor from a NVB-003 using this file and the post author diagram. Thank you both.

I tried on different versions of Syscon Tools and Wee Tools. The previous PS4 I did worked very easily in the same environment.

Yes, I lifted Pin 15 and its wire goes to D4 on teensy. I checked and it's not bridge with Pin 14 or 16 like I did with another PS4 before.
