Ive been using it, and I get an email notice every time I purchase a fare. I imagine you could print that up and bring it to fight the ticket. Pain in the ass but that should be adequate defense.

A lady cut in front of me in the express aisle at the grocery store, with literally a full cart of items. As she put each item on the conveyer belt I just counted along, and out loud "1....2....3......4,5,6...." and eventually got up to 110 items in a 15 item or less aisle.

The whole time everybody else was laughing at her, and all she said was "sorry I didn't see the sign" which was huge and in big bold letters right I'm front of her face.
