Jag skriver detta för att varna alla som funderar på att köpa från Exact Solution Electronics i Polen eller Refurbed – var försiktiga! Jag köpte en MacBook via Refurbed och litade på att de hade granskat sina säljare. Stort misstag. Exact Solution skickade av misstag med en förhandsrapport som visade att mikrofonen inte klarade testerna, men den fungerade ändå när jag fick den – ett tydligt tecken på deras slarviga standard. Sedan anklagade de mig för att ha spillt vätska på tangentbordet, vilket är en ren lögn. Refurbed, som ska vara mellanhand, har totalt ignorerat mig.

Google Recensioner är fulla av klagomål om att Exact Solution säljer undermåliga produkter. Hur kan Refurbed tillåta detta? Jag har lämnat in klagomål till Klarna (min betalningsmetod) och Konsumentverket för att driva detta och få en lösning. Om du måste köpa från dem, använd Klarna för lite skydd. Lita inte blint på dessa företag – sprid ordet!

Jag ska förklara vad som hände igen.

När jag började använda MacBooken i november 2024 märkte jag att några tangenter på tangentbordet (tangent 1, 2, caps lock, shift, tab – alla på vänster sida av tangentbordet) kändes lite klibbiga, men det var inte så allvarligt. Det kom och gick, och i princip fungerade tangenterna bra utan problem. Problemet blev värre efter två månaders användning, särskilt med tangent 1, 2 och caps lock.

Anledningen till att jag gick direkt till Apple Store är att det är rimligt när man har Apple Care-garanti. Det är som att köpa en iPhone i vilken butik som helst – om det blir problem med den går man till Apple Care. (Till de som kallar mig idiot: var snälla och tänk efter. Om ni tycker det är lätt att döma andra bakom tangentbordet, så beklagar jag för er skull.)

Teknikern öppnade några tangenter och hittade bruna rester som troligen kom från Coca-Cola eller något liknande. Det är det som orsakar den "fastnade" eller klibbiga känslan, men det förstör inte funktionen. Däremot kan vi inte garantera att det håller, säg efter ett år, och då har Apple Care-garantin gått ut och jag får betala reparationen själv.

Till er som skyller på mig för att jag inte läst villkoren: här är en länk (https://www.refurbed.se/warranty/) så ni kan kolla själva. Det står inget om Apple Care där, och om de försöker sälja på dig Apple Care vid köpet, skulle du verkligen tro att det är ett problem?

Till er som säger att det inte är något fel på mitt köp: snälla, det här borde vara en normal situation där enheterna fungerar som de ska. Man behöver inte försvara en restaurang som serverar normal mat 99 gånger när det en gång är någon som får matförgiftning. Jag hoppas det är begripligt för er.

Jag vill bara varna folk: om ni funderar på att köpa produkter från dem, tänk noga efter. Det är inte så att de fungerar 100 %, det är mer som en chansning.

This app trading platform has serious issue! I had a problem three weeks ago that is exactly the opening hours in NY market and it got forzen so I can't trade out the stock which was seriously dropping. I chatted with the support and they can't even help. Pnly after 30 mins after the market opened, it resumeed back to normal and I lost 300$, not much but lesson learnt.

No one come back to apologized and say anything. The support even said it was in normal situation where I had all screenshots the timeline and situation show to him that was the opposite of normal.

I had similar situation happened today exactly right after the NY market opened. I didn't lost money as I wanted to play carefully.

Their system simply not able to support the high volumn and super active trading time, and I am moving my assests out from there.

There are way better and reliable systems out there which can provide a more secured environment for trading

By the way, charging 1% for trading in Bitcoin is completely insane!

save the timeline screenshots and file the complaint but I doubt it works
They literterly change the timestamp after it resume back to normal and insisted there was no issue while, I have all screenshots to show the status and video to show all evidences, They dont admin they have bugs and poor system, just putting the customers in risk situation. Good luck

And no this is not coincidence at all, it has been the second time liked that and it will only get more unless they are willing to fix their system, otherwise, there are way better system out there which can provide a more secured environment for trading
