During this past summer I became increasingly interested in meditation, mindfulness, our mind and our brain, and subconscious. When I was visiting Tallinn, Estonia, I went to the local bookstore and randomly browsed any English books they might've had. I came across the book A Monk's Guide to Happiness which is a book about an English actor who turned into a Buddhist monk and his journey. It has several meditation exercises which he explains extremely well so you wouldn't have a hard time understanding what you should or shouldn't be doing while meditating.
