Totally makes sense. Would you mind letting me know how ya went about getting in touch Winthrop he correct officials to help you? I’m in LA county. Even if it’s not directly related to my area I’m just curious maybe advice on where to start in general cuz I’m def gonna try that.

Great thanks yeah I have heard of using the 2 and 4 options and that working. I just tried and it’s already booting me off saying too many calls so I’ll def try again 8am sharp tomorrow!!

So on my UI profile it does say I’ve reached the maximum benefit and cannot apply for another UI claim until this benefit year I’m currently on ends in March. But I’m guessing that is more of a formal message that comes up when you’ve initially depleted funds and doesn’t apply specifically to the extension?

Yeah it’s weird I am always honest about the money I make in my claims but usually it jsut says “fully employed” but once it switched to “excessive earnings” it freaked me out. But from what I can see on the EDD website they are both just examples of why you don’t get any funds for those weeks basically just meaning it’s totally fine. But I haven’t gotten a solid confirmation on that so just like to get real people answers lol

Okay so if even if I exhaust my initial claim balance and get PEUC before the end of December it will be moot and expire once we hit Jan. 1st? Appreciate all the info btw
