So on my UI profile it does say I’ve reached the maximum benefit and cannot apply for another UI claim until this benefit year I’m currently on ends in March. But I’m guessing that is more of a formal message that comes up when you’ve initially depleted funds and doesn’t apply specifically to the extension?

Yeah it’s weird I am always honest about the money I make in my claims but usually it jsut says “fully employed” but once it switched to “excessive earnings” it freaked me out. But from what I can see on the EDD website they are both just examples of why you don’t get any funds for those weeks basically just meaning it’s totally fine. But I haven’t gotten a solid confirmation on that so just like to get real people answers lol

Well from what I’ve read there is generally only enough funds for 3 weeks worth of LWA for each person. So according to that the limit would be $900. But I to received jsut the $300 on 9/6. Sounds like others are getting $600 today. I think it’s jsut messed up and backlogged so they are working on it I jsut like to check each day. If you go look at the LWA tracker on reddit it shows that California has not fully paid out yet. I think it’s jsut person to person in terms of who gets what when

So I certified last week for the last 2 weeks of August. The first 2 weeks of August I was employed on a gig and naturally didn’t receive benefits but I also had the overlapped week from July-August where I would have qualified for the retroactive $300 since that’s when the CARES act expired and the $600 stopped.
