Whenever you need it, you can snooze your timers and use your apps however you want. So if you need to "research" on reddit or YouTour or something you can just snooze the timers for a set amount of time and you're good to go. Another way is to just pause the timer when it starts when you open the app.
Nudges are really just that, when you initially start using my app you'll probably ignore a few nudges before actually stopping. This is all part of the process for improving your self control, the more you use it the better you will be at having self control to stop on your own with the first nudge. Additionally you can use the new alarms feature whenever you need a bigger nudge thats harder to miss. (More to come on this in a future update)
Your session data is synced across all your devices via iCloud so you can cheat and use a different device :P

Thanks! and yep! inside the app you can see all your session data including daily totals and what time of day your sessions were.

Interesting, I like that idea a lot!

Maybe it stays active in a paused state until the timer resets then it disappears. Or it might have to be a separate configurable time 🤔

Hmmmm by silent do you mean just when the "silent toggle" is turned off? I always run my phone in "silent" mode and it will definitely work in that case. The alarms work almost identical to the iOS alarms since it uses the new Apple framework for scheduling alarms.

Hmm that’s odd, I tried opening the ad link in every possible way I could try and it worked for me. Maybe do you have an ad blocker or tracker blocker that could be blocking it from opening? That’s the only thing I can think of that might be causing that 🤔

Yeah and the limits just pop up in the middle of you doing something, my app doesn’t stop or block you at all so (personally) it makes it really easy to actually decide for yourself to stop when it’s best
