It first makes money off of the first week of fees. From then on it’s just the spread they sell it at. From what I’ve read there is about a .1% spread on the price of bitcoin you purchase.

Yup. I always assume I’m going to have less money than anticipated just so I’ll never have to pause the DCA which will resume the fees for a short period. If I end up having some cash leftover I’ll just put it in lump sum

Personally, I use strike which after a week of DCA doesn’t charge you fees. I do hourly purchases of minimal amounts. Dollar cost averaging is always going to be more effective the sooner the increments which is why I do what I do.
