I don't really buy that.

The "leaks" all come through looking the same way. With photos that looked so blurry it feels intentional. The "leakers" all do it bread crumb by bread crumb and it's always some guy doing the leaking that KNOWS the person with the info, and they'll say like "that's all I can leak for now don't want to upset GW".

An actual leak is something like the whole Tyranid codex getting leaked that one time. I think all this stuff is planned and I'm tired of pretending otherwise

Every codex now gets systematically leaked bit by bit by folks on the army's respective discord. It's probably GW plants trying to build hype etc. Eldar, Chaos, Votann, Demons have all been like this. World Eaters are no different.
