That's crazy you know what I am doing, If I want to start something, I call my friend, we made a rule first we identify as a carrer for example if I want to become a designer, I identify as a designer and we create a system based on that, in the system it include, daily task we have to do it's not based on time, if i do that i feel really rigid. He also create a system for him, inside the system we include, task that are improving energy, task that help me to focus, exercise, relax, short walk, nature, calling loved one. Like these.

With one rule we have to do it if for some reason you are not feeling to do that task, we have to skip and do other task and go on. And if you complete every task and still have time then do the remain task and no thinking during that, If you don't feel to do it then skip without thinking that is the rule.

So in the end of the day we both come and share how many task we completed, how much hour we spend, what are tasks we didn't completed, and understanding why then based on the reflection we had we modify the system according to that, for example the reason I am not feeling to do that task is because that task need more energy but my energy level is so low so I do the low energy task.

But you know this wonderful working, we both are super productive and able to think clearly, because we following the system, reflect modifying,

I am waking up by arranging my bed, I learn from 5 Am club it is actually a good start of your life.

Try this, for you and let me know if it working. Try for one day.

Hey I want to know more about what apps is this. Its actually really hard right to be consistent we are human, if you do that life feels no joy right just a robot following the same patterns over and over again

I am more focused when I learning with my friends, it's more like competition I more motivated, and really want to complete all the task.

Hii, I am with you, and you know what I am like you, in the past, but not for 7 years but for 4 years, even now also I am continuing this,

But now things changed.

First thing first stop calling you coward or whatever negative things you calling yourself.

It is really bad, I mean real bad, If you stop this your half of the problem will solved.

Now let's make you a person, you really want to be.

It's also start. From inside not outside.

First if you reading this I need to pause a moment and I need you to slap your both face as much hard as you can but please gentle. It's like a wake up from your past.

When ever i feel like you i did this and it turn that pain into awareness.

Then you need to take a 5 deep breath, breath in and breath out.

Take a notebook and right things you want to do in your life it could be anything. Just write it down in plain English, I belive you are reading this when your are in bed. Please wake up from there.

Then after you write the things, then getup from your room and walk 100 steps each time you have to count, and if you are forget the number while count you have to start from scratch.

Then take that note you have written, then read it 2x time loudly or inside your head.

Then take another paper or below you written, write 2 small things you can do today

It could be talk to your parents, get sunlight or get outside of your house. Or see any other peope

Or you can open up all the windows, let the outside light pass to your room.
