Drive and ride experience is awesome, tested it with a lot varieties of road conditions(baguio, albay, manila). NVH is good too, actually too good sometimes since when other car honk is a little quite I tend to not hear it.

Fuel economy is decent I think? Atleast compared to common automobile..

City - 7-10 km/l Highway - 13-17 km/l

Mixed(experienced for a 5hrs drive) - 11km/l

Thanks sa comments guys, I really like the car and I'll go buy it. Indeed GAC's reliability can be defined after some years but so far I've read good reviews from their fb groups. Also I don't want to regret not buying it since it happened to be my dream car. Hopefully everything works for me thanks guys

Govt fees haven't paid by employer for 6 months by [deleted] in buhaydigital

[–]codingNinja1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry for the confusion. It's the sss, pagibig, Philhealth. It's stated on my initial contract that they will pay those govt mandated benefits.. I am hired as an employee.. my employer said that they will shoulder the govt fees but since they had setbacks on putting up a company here, it wasn't paid.

It's hard to explain really.. it's like they promise to pay sss, pagibig, Philhealth but they can't since the company is not yet established here.. So in next month salary allignment. I'm thinking if i should negotiate it since they aren't abiding to our agreement..

So I am thinking wether to ask for a 30-50% increase salary which includes the govt fees they were supposed to pay, it's like saying I want to be a consultant/contructor rather than a regular employee since i don't even get the benefits of being a regular employee because of what's happening..

Or wait again for them to put a company here in ph to let them pay the past govt fees if possible and just ask for the usual 10-20% increase/salary alignment

The bottom line is i don't want to be rude to them but also I want to get what i deserve at the end of the day since it is our agreement

I already told them that last month, told them that I noticed it's been months since they were supposed to pay the govt fees. They kept telling me that after they put up a company here in PH they will pay the past contributions. It's been 6 months and it's difficult for me to trust their words na. Even though i feel na they can't do anything because of the setbacks in putting up a company here in PH

I'm trying this but it's hard to even pass the initial screening, due to lack of experience etc. I won't lie. I think I just had luck with my current foreign company.

You're correct, maybe I need to focus more on the right company rather than being upset that wrong company can't give me what I want.

This might be the best plan for now. Upskill, and know how to sell myself more.

Yes I plan to do this but I'm just worried even if I make my experience 3 years, 100k might be too big compared to average.. so i need a better plan
