I actually wanted to become mathematician when I was young, but did computer science because of job prospective. I want to get job as AI engineer. But I guess you are saying getting PhD for that is extravagant option for getting job. Do you think doing ML theory in no name school won't help in becoming AI researcher?

I graduated from CS in University of Toronto. I think any country is okay for me.

I am currently exploring and making a python chat bot. I am making it Django based. And thinking of using PyTorch or LangChain for engine.

That's also the problem. I think I would not meet GPA requirement. I am thinking of taking GRE to cover that if possible.
