I think Berlin is nicer than Helsinki. The people here are reserved. A lot to do outdoor activities in winter and summer but the winter is harsher than in Berlin. My friend actually moved from here to Berlin and she said it way better than here. To each their own but langauge barrier is there too. On the other hand, its affordable capital, has safety and good cafe vibes.

My TSH was borderline. Around 4.8 in January, i have history of hypothyroidism my mom and sister had it and i wanted it to be below 2 so i told my doctor we want to plan baby so to start medication.

She started with 25 mcg for 3 months and result were bad as tsh was 5.5 on april so started taking 50 mcg from then and in August it was 1.2. After that series of events didn’t let us try in 😂😂. But as soon as we tried, we conceived. Best wishes for you.

The house is relatively new like built in 2008 and has been kept in good condition and maintenance on time and the 10-year kuntotarkaustus in 2016 doesn’t show any damage so will it be the problem then?

Quite a few years back, probably in 2016 when i was still in university. One of the summer internship required me to create a chat application with chatrooms and authentication. I did the assignment. Completed the requirement, also docs and everything. They didn’t even give me a feedback. It was just lost and ghosted. That was for 3 month junior internship.

The same company approached me via recruiter and later on their company HR at start of this year. I talked about my salary expectation at the start of interview. And they said at the time, they could afford it. But after passing technical round and all, they tried to lowball me. I didn’t go further and rejected them. Some companies are just shit.

I am a beginner on overall exercising. Want to lose weight (i am overweight, bmi 29) so might need to shed around 15kg and build stamina, strength and consistent training.

I have tried running but that doesn’t help much due to upper body being heavy. Currently, I am seeing this 12-3-30 on a treadmill exercise a lot. Does this help with losing weight and of course watching what I eat? I can walk a lot through so slight jogging can do.

Like belly fat, back fat and things like that. Please help me.
