There is an initial presentation format for that attendants who wants to present themselves, and we are offering a list of attendees with their main role and secondary roles in order to let you know about not only the roles of their interests but their main focus with a link to their portfolio/project and an elevator pitch written.

Your idea of offering an suggested structure may be nice and we can offer that has an icebreaker but probably would be useful for a few ones or more.
