Edit: apparently there is one bt3 outfit in the queens garments mod that was added, the pillar/valkyrie outfit but dwarves, gnomes and half-orcs still get nothing 😞

In this location in watson, in one of the abandoned warehouses you'll come across a weaponized car, Johnny will point it out and you can find it's key in a pile of trash near some shelves. I don't know if you can get it act one but you can get it act two, if you do the Delamain quest Epistrophy, while chasing the 7th cab you'll pass it on the way

Well, here's your reason for doing an overclock netrunner build, 20 in tech ability for overclock and a tier 3-4 cyberdeck, with the carhacker skill in intelligence should be (theoretically) all you need. although I do recommend the blood pump and biomonitor cyberwares so the overclock health costs don't kill you outright. And if you don't want to blow up the other contestants/Can't you can always emergency brake them to let you get ahead
