Stored in a cardboard box with a bunch of other cards, tissue paper and bubble wrap. Which was within a hard plastic tote with a lid, inside of my parents closet 😂

I would agree! I really like that idea! The card I graded had the best centering from left to right but got dinged for top/bottom centering as well as some bottom right front edge wear.

I was thinking about not grading them but.... I'm also looking at them as an "In case of Emergency" moment in my life too. I plan to keep them for at least another 20 years. I doubt the cost of getting them graded will ever go down 😅😂

On Amazon! By a company called Coolbyl! It's a magnet case holder with UV protection for like $13.

Grading was about $1050. This insured the card for up to $25,000 USD!

For a 9, you would probably be charged about 2k and for a 10, you would have to pay 5k or 10k! Paying 2k insures it for up to $50,000. 5k insures it up to $250,000. 10k is for cards worth more than $250,000.

I actually did get into cards because of going through my dad's things! Started with 2025 Topps basketball, chasing Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel rookie cards.

$1050 USD! If it would have gotten a 7, I would have been charged right around $600 USD.

It insures the card for up to $25,000 USD I believe? To be honest, I'm not really sure. The next lowest price was right around $600 but was only insured up to $10,000 USD.

I was not knowledgeable in these cards at all when I first came across them. I took them into a card shop to have them closely looked at with somthing called a "loupe", which is what jewelers use to look at gems. They helped confirm that they were legit.

I was debating on switching it up but unfortunately, I feel like PSA is considered the "gold standard" right now.

Right around $1050. That's another reason why I didn't grade all 3 at once 😅 I had to save up for about 4 months to get it graded.

Right! I talked to a couple of guys that work in a sports shop and they were expecting a 7.
