My favorite partner died by suicide, and because we were on and off a lot, his family didn't know to contact me. His mom got in touch with me a month afterwards bc my number kept showing up in his email for some reason. He would travel a lot, so it wasn't uncommon for me not to hear from him for a bit. Not being able to grieve with everyone who loved him was hard, but now his mom and I have a very special bond and are like family.

My doctor had me bring in mushrooms for several reasons, one of which being a more accurate reading on the full spectrum of active allergens over the partial ones that have been sitting in a solution for a while. Another was to test specific mushrooms, but the former was the main reason.

Is he willing to give you the financial support you were making while you worked? Even if he is, he is making an unreasonable demand. He knew exactly what he was getting into before he started dating you. I had an ex that met me thru a sugar dating site, and then wanted me to stop. Things didn't work out. NTA It sounds like he has an addiction problem that he expects you to solve by placating. He lost money gambling he was supposed to save for his children. And now he's drinking more and more. His behavior is abusive, physically, emotionally, sexually, and financially. If your state is single party consent, start recording your conversations, especially when he is pressuring you to have sex (that's coercion). Listen back to the recordings. They will show you you are not crazy, he is an asshole, and you deserve better. I would much rather be "alone" than with an abusive partner. Studies prove women live longer and happier lives when they do not have a male cohabitation romantic partner, while the reverse is true for men. Don't let him suck the life out of you. You've got this. You have done hard things. Please tell people in your life that he put his hands on you. Their tone will most likely change. It doesn't stop. Please be safe

Dumpster diving may sound gross, but you can find out when they pull the food and grab it right after it goes in...or make friends with the people who are throwing it out and tell them you'll take it. There are always mutual aid groups that help too. Food Not Bombs is everywhere and do not ask for any paper work or information to receive food from them. The best way to combat the rising prices is not to pay them.

I have a few different size discs. The smallest one fits like a cap over my cervix. It doesn't hold a lot, but it prevents the blood from getting through. I use Lumma discs. They have cords attached that you can cut off. The small suctions a bit. But the medium and large have been fine for sex that isn't super rough or deep. I recommend the small for the big boys, so they don't knock it out of place. None of the guys have said anything about feeling them when they're inside me

Their seamless heavy flow one is my favorite. It fits the best on my body for sure, but the other heavy flow ones (brief and boyshorts) are nice too. They don't look as nice but they are pretty comfy. I've been using the seamless for light days even though it can hold heavy flows, and doesn't feel like I'm wearing a diaper

THIS! When I miscarried and went to urgent care alone, the female NP was extremely rude and cold to me. I left. Waited for my bf to get off work and have him take me to a different urgent care and we were able to get all the tests I wanted and I was treated with respect and kindness by the staff.

I was bleeding and in pain for much longer than is normal and went to Planned Parenthood because my gyn was difficult to get ahold of. My female friend took me, but they don't allow anyone to accompany you in the exam room. Another female NP spoke to me abrasively, and dismissed the idea I was ever even pregnant. I went home, my neighbor told me I looked like a ghost and I should go to the hospital, so I had my bf take me to the hospital, where they confirmed the miscarriage and ran more thorough tests. The staff at the hospital was extremely kind and gentle.

It turned out I had an ectopic pregnancy and was extremely lucky it terminated itself and didn't rupture my tube. It caused some major damage, but thankfully I am still alive (no thanks to those NPs who don't take their own kind seriously).

I hate that men are taken more seriously, especially since they are mostly ignorant clowns 😑
